Delivery Times and Charges
Free UK ( mainland ) Delivery Delivery will be made by a selection of couriers including, but not limited to, UPS, Royal Mail, City Link, DPD, Parcel Force & Expert Logistics. We provide tracking where possible before or on the day of your delivery. Our delivery times are usually Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm. We may deliver on a Saturday or Sunday, if so this will be pre-arranged. Your FREE delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of your order. Any dates given for delivery are estimates only and time shall not be of the essence in respect of delivery.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
You will be required to sign for receipt of your parcel. By signing for your parcel you are confirming receipt of goods.
If the box is damaged or has been tampered with in any way you should indicate this on the delivery POD (Proof of Delivery)
We will only deliver to the address on the order and do not allow deliveries to alternative addresses. If you are not there to receive your delivery, please follow the instructions on the card that will be left to rearrange your delivery.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Upon receipt of goods you must notify us of any damage within 48 hours. Failure to do so may affect your ability to make a claim in respect of this occurrence.
Price and Payment
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website.
If you select cash price as your payment option, these must be paid for using a UK registered credit or debit card.

gimmitech.co.uk are licensed credit brokers "Licence Number 645184/2". Credit is subject to status and available to permanent UK residents only. Finance will be provided by Paybreak Ltd whose registered office is at Regency House, 45-51 Chorley New Road, Bolton, BL1 4QR. The retailer is Gimmi PLC. Written terms available on request.
Applying for online finance Applying for online finance couldn't be easier or more convenient. Once you've chosen the products you'd like to purchase, simply complete a brief on-line application form accessed via the 'checkout'.

Here are some of the most commonly asked questions regarding online finance.
How quickly will my application be processed? Once your application is received, you will be notified onscreen if you have been successful. If so you will electronically sign the agreement using the e-sign service. This means you don’t have to post in a copy of your agreement.
Will you credit score me and if so, what does this mean? Credit scoring is the process used by financial services companies to evaluate the credit risk of new applicants.

This information allows financial services companies to produce consistent decisions, ensuring all applicants are treated fairly.

In addition to credit scoring, confirmation of your identity, validation of certain application details, existing commitments and information held at the credit reference agencies are all taken into account.
If you decline/refuse my application, what is the reason? Though you will not be provided with a main reason for decline of your application, it is usually based on one, or a combination of the following:

Your credit score (note that every finance company will score you differently)

Adverse credit reference agency information

You are considered to be overcommitted

You are aged under 18

Your existing account performance with other lenders
What type of information do credit reference agencies hold about me? Some of the information is public information, for example electoral roll, County Court Judgements and bankruptcies.
Other lenders may also file information about accounts you hold with them for instance this could include your payment history and outstanding balance on these accounts.
Any requests for credit, where a credit reference search has been undertaken, will also be filed, although the result of the request is not recorded.
How do I obtain a copy of this information? You should send a cheque for £2, made payable to either of the two companies listed below, together with details of all addresses at which you have lived over the last 6 years:

If my application is not successful, can I re-apply? 
Yes. We acknowledge that your circumstances change and just because a previous application has been refused, it does not mean that a further request will be automatically turned down. We do suggest however, that you leave at least 6 months between applications.
Who is eligible to apply for online finance? To apply for online finance, you must be over the age of 18 years old, have been a full UK resident for at least 3 years, have a UK bank account and valid payment card & work a minimum of 16 hours per week OR be married to somebody who is all of the above.
If you are retired, claiming disability benefit or are a homemaker you are also eligible to apply.
Can I request delivery to an address other than my home? In order to safeguard against fraudulent applications, we regret that we're able only to deliver goods to the home address of the applicant.
Can I change my order in part or whole after applying for online finance? If you wish to amend your order after you have applied for finance please contact us on 0845 177 1620 or e-mail support@gimmitech.co.uk

Your Order
After submitting your order via our website we will send you an order acknowledgement by email confirming receipt of your order and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.
Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order.
Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will take place when the goods you have ordered have been despatched to you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.
We reserve the right not to supply goods and to cancel your order in the event of a pricing error or omission.
Cancelling your order
You have up to 7 working days from receipt of the goods to cancel your order.

If you exercise your right to cancel your order after the goods have been despatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to gimmitech.co.uk at your own cost and we strongly recommend you use an insured delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. All returns are subject to the following conditions, except where the goods are faulty or incorrectly described on this website.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited from your debit or credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount re-credited to you.
Cancellation By Us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your debit or credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Faulty or incorrectly described goods
In the case of faulty or incorrectly described goods please contact support@gimmitech.co.uk or call our customer services team on 08451771620 within 7 working days of delivery of the goods in question or we shall have no liability to you.
All goods returned as faulty will be checked and if found to have no fault will be returned to you. No refund will be processed until the returned goods have been received back into our warehouses.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at support@gimmitech.co.uk of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
If you notify us of a problem under this condition our only obligation will be, at your option:
Save as precluded by law we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify o us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export of import of the goods you purchase.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Obtaining a Returns Authorisation Number
You must prior to returning any goods received obtain a Returns Authorisation (RA) number by contacting support@gimmitech.co.uk or call our customer services team on 08451771620.
Failure to do so will result in your refund taking up to 28 days to process or the product being returned to you. Please note - Once you have been issued with a RA you must return the goods to us within 7 days, failure to do this will result in the RA being cancelled, this may then result in a delay processing your refund.
As part of receiving your RA number, you will receive specific details, including where and how to return your unwanted goods.
Please note that you will be required to bear any cost and risk in returning any non-faulty items.
Once gimmitech.co.uk have received the goods back undamaged and in its original packaging, you will be refunded or credited within a maximum of 28 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your payment card for these goods.
You do not have the right to cancel your order if it contains computer software and games which has been unsealed by you, save where a fault is discovered which could not have been discovered otherwise than by unsealing the goods.

Events Beyond our Control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock outs, and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fore, explosion or accident.
Privacy
You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.
Invalidity
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these terms and conditions will not be affected
Third Party Rights
Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but that does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.
Governing Law
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any representation being untrue or misleading.
